Submitting an order authorizes Treqiva and the payment provider selected during checkout to charge the selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

The order total includes:

Treqiva provides Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.

An order confirmation email confirms that Treqiva has received the order.

Treqiva can cancel an order before shipment when:

  • The transaction is confirmed as unauthorized or fraudulent.

If Treqiva cancels an order after payment has been captured, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Treqiva ships orders within the United States.

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Treqiva's current standard shipping timeframes are:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 6–9 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time begin processing on the next business day.

Treqiva provides Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided with the order after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information can result in delayed delivery, failed delivery, or a returned shipment.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Treqiva provides a 30-day return period after delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, an item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Include proof of purchase or valid order information

For customer preference returns, including ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Treqiva does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported to Treqiva within 7 business days after delivery.

When an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Treqiva provides a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

If a return is required for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Treqiva provides return instructions and covers the return shipping cost.

Direct exchanges are not available for customer preference returns.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Customers must contact Treqiva before returning an item to receive return authorization instructions.
